HP Laser Printer: A Review of the HP Color LaserJet CP1518ni Printer

Looking for an HP laser printer that will provide all your printing needs is not difficult at all. HP has a great line-up of products that you can choose from, and you will always be able to find the perfect device for you if you know where to look. If you need a professional laser printer that's not just monochrome, the HP Color LaserJet CP1518ni printer is one of your best choices. The following is an in-depth review of this unit.

Design

This laser printer has a nice and compact appearance that's unlike other similar models. It's quite compact, actually, but it is heavy for its size. It has the dimensions of 15.7'' x 17.8'' x 10.0'' and a weight of 40 pounds. It can be easily placed in a nearby area but you can't place it too far from your computer because it doesn't have wireless connectivity, although it does have a wired network connection access through an Ethernet port.

The printer has a unique appearance and unlike other printers, it isn't shaped as a rectangular prism. Its dark gray body and light gray face has a nice, aesthetically pleasant shade and these colors don't show much weathering so you can easily maintain your printer. The navigation panel is found at the upper right corner of the front face of the printer, along with a two-line LCD which displays vital information while you're printing. It also makes printing without a PC easier because you can navigate optimally. The multiple memory card slots make it possible to print using only removable media storage devices.

Printing and Other Features

This model has an excellent output quality which produces rich and vibrant images and illustrations. It's perfect for producing brochures and flyers with visual aids and pictures. It isn't as fast as other printers in producing output, but it can still print up to 12 pages per minute for black documents and 8 pages per minute for colored documents. The maximum resolution for both black and colored printouts is 600x600 dpi.

It does not have an automatic duplex printing function but it has a manual driver support which you can use to manually install the program for this function. The 96 MB internal memory allows you to print complex documents with several images, pages, and colors, or even print several documents in one setting and just leave the printer until it finishes printing all the documents.

Paper sizes of letter, legal, executive, and envelopes can all be used on the printer. The device has a duty cycle of 30,000 pages, so you can do an average of 1000 pages of printouts daily and not have any trouble with the machine. It also has two paper trays - a priority feed slot for a single sheet, and a sheet input tray which has a capacity of 150 sheets.

Other Features

You can use the printer with other several computers as long as they are all connected to a single network. The printer isn't wireless, though, and you have to make sure that the printer is always connected to the computer especially with its Ethernet cable whenever you print from other computers. The best thing about this printer is that it's Energy Star qualified so it's not only you who benefits from using it, but also Mother Nature.

Conclusion

This HP laser printer has a lot of great features and functions that many consumers admire. One undesirable feature of this printer, though, is its excessive ink use which can lead to spending hundreds for ink alone. But if you don't mind spending a lot for such an excellent printer, then I highly recommend that you get the HP Color LaserJet CP1518ni Printer. It's not only easy to use, but it's great for printing as well, so you will be sure to get the best color laser printouts for your business, professional, or personal documents.

Professional Photo Ink Jet Printers - A Summary Review

Inkjet printers come in a vast range of individual products, from well-known small inkjets suitable for home use, to monster-sized systems to print advertising billboards and truck signs. Here are a few definitions in the range in between, to assist with matching buyer requirements to available systems.

A useful place to start is to understand a difference between inkjets which offer "page-width" formats and those which are defined as "wide" or "large format".

Page width printers generally have outputs which range from about 8.0" to 35" (about 28 cm to 97 cm). These are most commonly used in the printing high-volume business communications, where contents is more important than any need for images and colour. Often now associated with all-in-one print/copy facilities, such inkjets are commonly employed for billing, business letters and mailing, and individualised report documents

Wide format printers ranging in print width from 24" up to 15' (about 75 cm to 5 m). That's 5 metres - thus becoming massive and with amazing capabilities. Most wide format applications involve advertising or presentation graphics, but wide format printers are also important for large-scale drawings by architects and designers and similar trades where technical detail and large-scale output are twin requirements.

The photographic industry has its own particular needs when deciding on which inkjet application is needed. A vital part of the production process involves the creation of prepress colour proofs for printing jobs created digitally. These printers are designed to give an accurate colour preview of how the image will look when the job is finally produced on a large volume press. An example of an inkjet printer designed for such proof work is an Iris printer. Outputs from these are known as "iris proofs" or "irises" for short.

Additionally of course, exact colour proofing is of absolute paramount importance in the field of photo-art. Here, wide and large format printers, with multiple ink systems are specified to deliver colour output over which the photographic artist has total control.

The major supplier of inkjet printers is Hewlett-Packard. This company supplies over 90 percent of the market for printers for technical drawing applications. Their major products in this sector are the Designjet and the T-series. Hewlett Packard also has the HP Designjet 5500, which is a six-colour printer used especially for printing graphics as well Designjet Z6100 which has an eight colour pigment ink system. Other suppliers of low -volume wide format printers are Epson, Kodak and Canon.

Kodak offer high-speed, variable-data, inkjet printers for production printing, including the Kodak Versamark VJ1000, VT3000, and VX5000 printing systems. These are roll-fed printers and can print at up to 300 metres per minute!

Printers for Laptops: A Review of the HP Deskjet 460c Mobile Printer

A lot of people are now looking for printers for laptops which can match the handiness and portability of the laptop computer. If you're one of those people, then you definitely have to take a look at the HP Deskjet 460c Mobile printer. This review will cover everything you need to know about it.

Design

A simple glance can tell you that this device is a perfect laptop printer because of its small structure and simple yet aesthetically valuable appearance. It has a sleek silver body with a gray foldable paper tray which serves as a cover when you aren't using the device. It's very simple with no additional accessories or external parts. It's very compact and easy to carry everywhere you go, with the dimensions of 6.4'' x 13.4'' x 3.2'' and a weight of 4.6 pounds. You can keep it in your bag, leave at the back side of your car, or carry it bare wherever you go.

The device has a lot of connectivity options which allow you to access it wirelessly. It has a PictBridge camera connector, a card slot for different types of memory cards, and a USB port. It has no LCD display, although with a digital camera, you may be able to print without turning on a PC. But for the other connectivity options, you need to access the device with a computer.

The biggest lack of this device is the battery which is a must for most portable devices especially printers for laptops, but HP offers an optional rechargeable Lithium-ion battery that is compatible with this model, so you can buy that and make the device more complete.

Printing and Other Functions

This is a very good printer with its speedy printing capabilities and high resolutions. It can print black documents in as fast as 17 pages per minute and colored one with a speed of 16 pages per minute. It can also print borderless 4x6 photos in as fast as 45 seconds. The maximum resolution that is can produce for black documents is 1200x1200 dpi and for colored documents, 4800x1200 dpi. These high numbers ensure the best quality printing with crisp, clear, and completely detailed images and texts.

The maximum duty cycle of the device is 500 pages per month, a very small number if you wish to use it every day for all your documents. But since it's only a portable device, it is only designed to be used for outdoor and rush on-the-go printing. So this device is not advisable to be used as a main printer. It has an internal memory of 32 MB which makes it easy to print several documents in a single setting or even a single long and complex document in one print.

The foldable paper tray can carry a capacity of 50 sheets which makes it easy to print several documents without having to refill the printer again and again. Most standard paper sizes are compatible with this device so you can print most of your documents on this compact device. Other Features

There is also an available optional Bluetooth connectivity card or wireless or Wi-Fi network card which you can use to make the printer more wireless accessible and functional. However, it is not Energy Star qualified so it may not work for other users who are looking for energy-saving devices, as well as environmentalists who give high regard for minimal energy consumption.

Conclusion

Although a lot of printers for laptops may be bought in various stores, the HP Deskjet 460c Mobile Printer is one of the best in quality printing and connectivity options. It is also very useful for on-the-go individuals who need easy accessible printing functions with excellent performance. I highly recommend this model to those individuals out there who are just like me and want a great portable printer to pair with my laptop.

Mac Printer Reviews

You'll find that many of today's printers, which utilize USB, will let you print from a Mac, you have to be sure drivers are included with the printer which were written specifically for a Mac.

Mac printer Reviews

Hewlett Packard PSC 2410 Photosmart

I've included an all-in-one that will work with either the Mac or a PC. It's a higher end model, and costs accordingly at around $300. You'll get laser quality text and very high quality color. I prefer a flatbed for scanning, which it has. Another nice touch is you can fax in color. That won't do you any good though if you're faxing to a B & W fax machine. This is a nice home-office solution for most any Mac user.

Epson Photo R800

This puppy can whip out a high quality 5" x 7" photo in about 45 seconds. For the speed freak, you'll also get USB 2.0 and FireWire ®. True borderless printing at up to 8" x 10". Like some of the other Epson printers, it adds the ability to print to a CD/DVD. The 8 color ink method will give you some very vivid, high quality prints that it claims will last 100 years. None of the photos it has printed are that old yet, so who knows? You'll pay for all these snazzy features though, between $325 and $400. I confess though, a lot of Mac users do photo work, and I'd lean towards this printer if that were my situation.

Lexmark Z816

Here's a printer you can pickup for your Mac that is less then $100. It works with OS X, like most others. It has pretty good speed and quality. They tout the Accu-Feed assembly virtually eliminates paper jams, which are normally pretty frequent with this type of paper feed setup. I've never been fond of this type of setup though, but if you're budget minded and just need to print occasional letters and photos for the family, it'll do.

Canon SX210IS Review

The Canon SX210IS is a terrific compact camera: this 14.1 megapixel camera is outfitted with an optical zoom of 14x, a dynamic mode for improved stabilization, and you can print large images directly from your personal computer or PictBridge enabled printing system. Your initial investment in the Canon Powershot SX210IS gets you a camera body with a 3 inch LCD display supported by PureColor technologies, the battery and charger, a wrist strap, a range of software, and a user's manual. You also get the cables you require to connect your camera to your PC. Take pictures or capture videos in high definition format: the Canon SX210IS does it all!

The Canon SX210IS is much like the SD cameras in the Canon line up when it comes to the camera's layout. The Canon Powershot SX210IS is absent of a viewfinder, but the generously wide screen for framing shots is affixed to the back panel of the camera. The screen is positioned slightly to the left while all of your controls are positioned neatly on the right hand side of the device in the camera's back panel. Get the Canon Powershot SX210IS in pink, black, or shocking gold: the Canon cameras allow you to have freedom of personal expression. Embedded flash is offered in the Canon SX210IS and the flash is on the top of the camera and to the right. The front of the SX210IS holds the powerful, motorized zoom lens for great pictures in every instance. Overall, the Canon SX210IS has a clean design with clean curves and a beautiful layout.

The Canon Powershot SX210IS has an integrated CCD sensor, a 5 mm to 7 mm focal length, and optical sensor, and loads of light sensitivity settings. Images are stored in jpeg format, and you get a vast selection in terms of exposure controls. In a camera that measures 2.3 inches in height by 4.2 inches in width, by 1.3 inches in depth, you will find that this super small camera holds plenty in terms of advanced technologies. This camera with a wide angled lens can capture pictures in resolutions up to 4320 x 3240! You get a device with a panorama mode, image stitching features, stabilization features, and a super fast burst mode. Face detection technologies are offered with the Canon Powershot SX210IS, and this camera has a 1 to 1/3200 shutter speed. Choose your white balance settings, different flash modes, movie mode, and set the self timer to your personal preferences: you get a lot of customizable options housed inside the Canon SX210IS.

The camera itself is not sold with a camera dock and it is not cold/shock/water proof. Still, this impressive camera has a smile mode, an integrated Digic 4 processor, and an intelligent shooting mode, auto focusing features, an automated flash, and a vast list of wonderful photo effects. The expansion card slot on the Canon SX210IS is diverse too since it is compatible with a number of different memory cards. The Canon SX210IS is impressive in terms of price, appearance, function, and performance: to date, it is one of Canon's most remarkable models.

Canon Inkjet Printers: A Review of the Canon PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II Inkjet Photo Printer

I have been through a lot of Canon inkjet printers, and I can say that I know the name to be a good brand. So I didn't hesitate to replace my old printer with a Canon PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II Inkjet Photo Printer. I took this photo printer because I also recently developed a liking to printing my family's pictures. Since photo inkjets are great for both documents and pictures, then it would be like hitting two birds with one stone. But I still prepared this detailed review of the product so you can learn more about it.

Design

I know many new technologies are coming out of the market, but I chose to get this model because I really don't need a network since I only have one home computer. I don't need multifunctional devices either because I don't really work at home. I just want a good printer with remarkable photo printing quality for my personal use, and I thought this model is perfect. It doesn't have any display. It's just a plain, conventional printer with light and dark shades of gray that looks good in any room and with any home decor. It doesn't have an LCD display and the device can't be operated without a PC that's why you always have to have it connected to your computer.

It's quite long but it's pretty compact with the dimensions of 26.0" x 13.9" x 7.6". It has a weight of 32.4 pounds, a little heavy for such a small device. But it's still easy enough to settle on a tabletop or desktop. It's necessary to keep it close, though, seeing as it does not support wireless connectivity and you have to limit your length from the printer to the computer as dictated by the length of the cable that you will use. That's a different issue, though, because the printer doesn't have a connectivity cable in the package and I had to look for one myself.

Printing and Other Functions

Other than having to buy the cable myself, I think this printer has very few flaws. For one, it is an excellent printer. It's more expensive compared to many other Canon inkjet printers, but it's definitely worth every penny. The printer can produce output of as fast as 47 seconds for 8" x 10" borderless color photos, while it can produce 11" x 14" color photos on 13" x 19" paper in a speed of 1 minute and 23 seconds. The print resolution of the device for both black and colored documents is 4800x2400 dpi, which is a guarantee that you will be able to produce clear, crisp, and very vibrant printouts of all kinds of images.

It can support paper sizes of 4" x 6", 5" x 7", 8" x 10", Letter, Legal, 11" x 17", and 13"x 19". It has an automatic sheet feeding tray which can carry up to 150 sheets of paper, while its front output tray can hold a single sheet of paper with thickness up to 1.2 mm. This is also a very silent printer. It only produces sound of up to 42.5 decibels, comparably better than other models. Other Features

The printer has an 8-color dye-based system which features photo cyan, photo magenta and red ink cartridges for incredible colors. There are also various editing tools which you can use to make your photos more beautiful such as automatic photo fixing and ambient light correction. You can also make use of a PictBridge-enabled camera to print on the device without a PC, the only method which allows you to do so. Finally, the model is a member of the Generation Green campaign as well as an Energy Star qualified printer so when you use it, you also help save Mother Nature.

Conclusion

There is no doubt that this is an excellent photo inkjet printer, and unlike most Canon inkjet printers, the Canon PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II Inkjet Photo Printer can definitely produce the best images in the fastest time. I am perfectly satisfied by the very beautiful, color-rich, and realistic printouts that this device produces, and I can highly recommend it to anyone who wants not just a good printer, but an excellent inkjet printer for that matter.

Canon Pixma MP250 Cartridge Review

Pictures with the Canon PIXMA MP250 Photo All-In-One model never dazzle the eye, but as an entry grade option for home printing, copying and scanning, it will suffice. If you're just starting out with a home photo printer the PIXMA MP250 provides you with the benefit of the Auto Photo Fix II capabilities from the bundled Easy PhotoPrint EX computer software for simple touchups along with corrections to your old photographs.

Supported paper varieties regarding borderless picture printing encompass Photo Paper Pro Platinum, Photo Paper Pro II and Photo Paper Plus Glossy II. Print resolutions vary depending on output, with 600 x 600 dpi obtainable in black and 4800 x 1200 dpi in colour. The copy rate is appropriate for a home operator going at close to 39 seconds in full-blown colour and will handle up to 99 pages at the same time.

The maximum DPI resolution of the scanner is 600 x 1200 DPI, which is really a bit on the low end of current scanning capability. PICT Bridge is offered providing you currently have a cable which allows you to print straight from your external digicam. Regrettably the MP250 is lacking in separate Ink cartridges, just having a black plus a colour tank. This will cause some trouble when you may just exhaust one particular colour immediately after doing numerous prints, which means replacement of the entire cartridge each and every time could possibly be pricey. Common USB 2. connection is used to connect the machine to your Computer or MAC.

The MP250 is only available in the standard grey/black finish as well as there's no Liquid crystal display readout on the device. As an important part of Canon's generation green product initiative the MP250 provides a number of additional benefits which could help tip the scales in its favour. To begin with, its energy star conformity SAS well as 4in1 and 2in1 print options signify the device is much kinder on the environment all together. Additionally, the MP250 is RoHS compliant, the European standard for confirmation that the device is free of all dangerous materials that may ruin the environment after the device has been tossed aside.

With the helpful entry level printer choices available, the Canon PIXMA MP250 isn't competent to rise above all of them, but it will provide you with the fundamental features you'll need. In case you are cautious about making sure your printer protects the environment and are able to commit a little more swapping the entire colour ink cartridge every time, the MP250 is rather reasonable value.

Canon PIXMA MP330 Printer Review

The Canon Pixma MX330 is an inkjet all-in-one printer that is made for the small office at home plus company. There are no standalone ink tanks for this all-in-one, merely two cartridges, one colour the other black.

The black tank possesses a pigment-based ink whilst the colour tank is dye-based, in an effort to provide you with the best of both worlds; pigment intended for greater text quality, dye intended for better photo quality. Page yields are shown by Canon as 220 with regard to the black tank along with 244 with regard to the colour.

The MX330 has a 1200 x 2400 dpi scanner as well as an automated document feeder for batch scanning as well as copying, it will hold 30 sheets of A4. It's also capable of producing collated copies so you're able to put 2 or 4 on one page. You can put a memory stick in the front USB slot and thus scan straight to that in the event that you would like too.

There is a 1.8-inch Liquid crystal screen to help use the menus as well as make use of the unit: it's less space-consuming than a great many you will find on modern all-in-ones, yet it works. To add to the business facet of the Canon there is a 33.6kpps fax too.

With regards to style the Canon is inoffensive enough having a grey and black surface. The build quality is about the normal Canon quality additionally, the MX330 feels as though it's going to survive the rough and tumble of business office existence.

The lack of individual ink tanks and the auto document feeder as well as the fax, single the MX330 out as being a device targeted at those who do more with business documents than pictures. The test results reflected this also. Text quality is really healthy for an ink-based machine - it's up there with a few laser quality prints we have observed. Razor-sharp and strong text blocks are in evidence in normal as well as best modes and draft quality was spectacular. A page of draft text was out and ready to go in 9 seconds, and this is certainly not bad, however a page of best text was a bit slow at 1 minute 37 seconds. Hardly an age, however slower when compared with several of Canon's alternative all-in-ones.

Ten pages of graphics and text was slow as well at 6 minutes, though the quality more than made up for the period of time used. The quality of the combined text and graphics output was excellent so it's obvious exactly where this printer's skills lie.

Photographic overall performance was not as outstanding, but in no way terrible. An A4 picture took merely 1 minute and 42 seconds, and that is impressive, however the quality was more middle of the road. There was clearly deficiencies in fine detail within dark areas, nevertheless, colour was precise and in general the tone was decent. Should you only print the occasional shot then the Canon will probably be alright, but this is as far as we'd go.

The Canon Pixma MX330 is obviously targeted at those who are printing out more text and PDF documents than pictures and it's excellent at doing this using its two ink cartridges. At £80 it's superb value for money.

All round we were pleased by the Canon since it works efficiently, although pictures are not fantastic, it's not made for that thus we are able to let it go. For a small office all-in-one with a fax and auto document feeder, the Canon offers superb features and functionality for the price.

Black and White Laser Printer: A Review of the HP P2035 LaserJet Printer

A business owner would best rely on a black and white laser printer to print all his professional and business advertisements, brochures, flyers, product labels, information sheets, and documents for his clients. If you're a business owner and you want to get a reliable laser printing device for your professional use, the HP P2035 LaserJet printer is one of the best choices. This review will cover everything you need to know about the product.

Design

This is a very plain and simple printing device. It has a plain white body with no added frills or extra parts, minimal buttons, no LCD display, and an acceptably compact size. It's not as big as other laser printers that eat up a lot of space in the living room or printing room. It's perfect for both home and office use because it's small enough to be placed on a tabletop or desktop, and it's also wired network-capable so you can share it with several other computers within the same network.

The device has no additional connectivity options - only an Ethernet port for network connectivity and a USB port for fast PC-to-printer processing. If you're looking for a wireless printer or one which you can print on without using a PC, this is not the model for you.

The device has the dimensions of 14.4'' x 14.5'' x 10.1'' and a weight of 21.8 pounds. Its white appearance makes it easy to stain and weather, but proper maintenance will always keep it looking good. This is also a black and white laser printer so you won't be able to print colored documents and images on this device.

Printing and Other Functions

Although it's monochrome, a lot of people would prefer it, mainly because some businesses only make use of black and white printouts to save money from having to buy colored ink. But this model isn't just another monochrome laser printer - it's a great printing device which has brought satisfaction to many people around the world.

Printing on this model is very easy because of its printing speed of up to 30 pages per minute or 2 seconds per page, and the first page comes out in as fast as 8 seconds from sleep or off mode. The resolution produced for all the printouts is 600x600 dpi, but with the FastRes 1200, the effective output can result to a maximum resolution of 1200 dpi. Although it does not have automatic duplex printing function, it has a manual driver support provided and you can just install it when you need it.

There are two paper trays on this model - the standard input tray with a capacity of 250 sheets, and the multipurpose tray with a capacity of 50 sheets. This only totals 300 sheets of paper, which is a relatively smaller number than other models, but is still completely satisfactory.

The maximum duty cycle of the device is 25,000, which allows you to print an average of 806 pages per day and you won't have any problems with it. However, the ink cartridge can be easily used up and it is only designed for printing 2300 pages. This is a very small number compared to the duty cycle, and because of the expensive price of the ink, it may not be advisable to overuse the printer. But if your business really needs to print a lot of readable media every day, then you have no choice but to manage the cost of ink. With the quality of prints that the device produces, the cost of ink may well be neglected.

The internal memory of the device is 16 MB, and it can no longer be upgraded. But this shouldn't be a problem since the memory is already big enough to handle several short documents or one very long and complex document that you need to print in a single setting.

Other Features

One issue of the device is its loud printing sound that's like a thump. If you're working in your own home, this may not be a good thing because the people in your household are also doing other things and the noise of the printer can be a distraction. But this does not reduce the quality of printing that the device produces. Also, the device is not Energy Star qualified which means you don't get to save energy from using it, but some people may not mind that because they are prepared to handle the costs of their businesses.

Conclusion

If you're looking for a black and white laser printer that has excellent printing speed, astonishing printing quality, wired network capability, reliable performance, and simplicity, the HP P2035 LaserJet Printer is the perfect model for you. I highly recommend this device to all the business owners who need a fantastic monochrome printer that will definitely deliver for a very affordable price.

Business Laser Printers: A Review of the HP CM2320NF Color LaserJet All-In-One Printer

There are a lot of laser printers in the market, but many people look for business laser printers which can provide all their printing needs for their businesses. If you're one of these individuals who have their own personal businesses or affiliations where you need to print readable media for advertisements and professional use, there is one model of laser printer that you should definitely check out - the HP CM2320NF Color LaserJet All-in-One Printer. This in-depth review will cover everything you need to know about this model.

Design

This is a color laser all in one printer that offers printing, copying, scanning, and faxing functions. This makes the device extremely functional and excellent for business use. If you have a printing business, or if you need to produce brochures, labels, and other readable media for your business or profession, then this is the perfect model for you. Also, although it is quite expensive, many other models with the same price don't offer as much features as this model. It has a very conventional laser printer all in one appearance, and it's very big and bulky. It has the dimensions of 19.6'' x 19.4'' x 21.7'' and a weight of 65 pounds. You have to make good room for it, and you definitely can't move it often because it's very heavy, so you have to settle it in a single location where it's perfectly accessible and it doesn't become an obstruction.

It has a nice light gray body with dark gray sides and bottom. The control panel has many buttons which make operation easier because every button has a task that it is labeled with for better operation. All the operations for faxing, scanning, and copying can be easily accessed on the device itself, so anyone can use them anytime. The 2.4'' CGD display is also prop-up so you can easily read and see the details of the operation, whether it's printing, scanning, copying, or faxing.

One of the features that it does not have is the accessibility for memory cards, but there are many other ways to print files from memory cards, so it would not be much of a problem. What other buyers would probably not like about this device is its expensive original ink, which you can only buy from HP directly. The cost of the ink may be very expensive, but the quality of printing definitely makes up for it.

Printing and Other Functions

As a printer, this device can excellently produce output. The speed of printing can reach up to 21 pages per minute for both black and colored documents. The maximum resolution that you can get from both colored and black printouts is 600x600 dpi. The device doesn't feature automatic duplex printing, but it has manual support provided so you can still use it when you need it. The printer memory is 160 MB, a big number which can allow you to print several documents in one setting, or a very long and complex document, such as a book, in a single print. The copier has a speed of 20 copies per minute and you can reproduce your documents up to 99 copies in a single setting. You can also reduce and enlarge the documents you copy from as small as 25% to as big as 400%.

The scanner has a scan speed of 15 pages per minute for black documents and 11.7 pages per minute for color documents. There are two scanning input methods - the flatbed and the ADF. The flatbed can scan a maximum document size of 8.5'' x 11.7'' and the ADF can scan a maximum size of 8.5'' x 14''. The optical scanned input can produce a resolution of 1200 dpi, and the enhanced scanning function can produce a resolution of up to 19200 dpi.

The fax machine can transmit as fast as 3 seconds per page, and the resolution of faxed documents is 203x196 dpi. The fax memory has a capacity of 250 pages incoming and the speed dials of the fax can save up to 120 numbers. A lot of business laser printers may have all in one features, but they definitely can't match this device.

Other Features

The device has wired networking capability so you can share the all in one device with several other computers within the same network. There are three paper trays that this printer has - the first is a 50-sheet multipurpose tray, the second is a 250-sheet input tray, and the third is a 50-sheet ADF. The duty cycle of the printer can reach up to 40,000 pages, so you can print at an average of 1290 pages daily and you won't have problems about it. The biggest lack of this device is that it's not Energy Star qualified, and you won't be able to save energy from this device. But for its excellent features and high quality performance, it's definitely worth it.

Conclusion

Many business owners look for business laser printers for producing their readable media and advertising materials, but quality is one of the most important considerations in buying such a device. I highly recommend the HP CM2320NF Color LaserJet All-in-One Printer for all those who need an excellent all in one device that's great in performance, excellent in its operations, and worth every penny for its price.

HP Photosmart C5550 All-In-One Review

I really like this printer a lot for the most part. The printing quality is very good. I actually printed our wedding programs and announcements on it. And people where surprised when we told them that we used our own printer! The built in scanner is decent too. It has built in memory card slots and a USB slot.

It's also a bluetooth printer with the aid of a USB bluetooth dongle (included). One thing I didn't like is the software for printing onto a CD/DVD. It's very hard to get the image you want on there to look like you want. Use these settings in the HP Photosmart Studio for printing on a standard printable DVD:

* Project: CD/DVD Label

* Label Type: CD/DVD (5 inch/120 mm)

* Inner Diameter: Bring this in just barely

* Outer Diameter: Bring this in just barely

* Then save it and use it as a template for other CD/DVD printing projects.

But how it stores the CD/DVD umm cartridge thing is great, it just slides underneath when your not using it.

This printer is a great deal! The color tone is really rich and it's fairly easy to use. Overall it's a very nice all-in-one setup.

Good printer for the money. I had a little trouble figuring out some of the features for scanning, but once I got it down it has been a breeze. Color tone and richness are great. Does a pretty decent job printing on CD's/DVD's as well. I have mostly used it for printing out recipes with photographs; I have yet to see what the print quality is for prints from the camera. Overall very good quality.
